01the stack

We teach the tools that are
actually used to ship in 2026.

No PHP. No jQuery. No legacy LAMP nonsense. You will graduate fluent in the same tools shipping at Vercel, Linear, Notion, and every YC-backed startup hiring right now.

React 19
Next.js 16
Node.js 24

week 01

Foundations

Git, terminal, TypeScript, the modern JS runtime. You'll read code before you write it.

week 02

React, properly

Components, state, server components, Suspense. We skip the bad parts and the deprecated APIs.

week 03

Next.js App Router

Routing, layouts, server actions, streaming. Build the kind of app a senior would review and ship.

week 04

Project 1 — landing

Pitch, design, build, deploy a real marketing site. Real client, real feedback, real CI.

week 05

Data layer

Postgres, schemas, Drizzle, migrations, indexes. You will understand EXPLAIN ANALYZE.

week 06

Auth & money

Sessions, JWTs, OAuth. Stripe checkout, webhooks, subscriptions, refunds, taxes.

week 07

Project 2 — SaaS

Build, charge for, and deploy a multi-tenant SaaS. Onboarding, billing, the whole loop.

week 08

AI in production

AI SDK, streaming, tool use, structured outputs, RAG, agents. Beyond the chat-bot demo.

week 09

Testing & CI

Playwright, Vitest, GitHub Actions, preview deploys. Ship without breaking prod.

week 10

Project 3 — pick one

Choose your own adventure. AI agent, marketplace, internal tool, devtool, dev portfolio.

week 11

Interview prep

System design. Live coding. Behavioral. Mock interviews with real hiring managers.

week 12

Demo day

Present your capstone to a room of 40+ hiring partners. Get an offer in your inbox by Friday.

03how it works

Live cohort. Small group.
Built like a job, not a course.

live

9am – 1pm PT, Mon – Fri

Lectures, code-alongs, pair programming. Camera on. We meet for four hours every weekday.

1:1

Weekly mentor session

A 45-minute call every Friday with a senior engineer at a company you'd want to work at.

Code review on every PR

You don't graduate without a hundred reviewed PRs in your name. No 'I built X' — show the diff.

07faq

Honest
questions.

Do I need to know how to code?+

A little. You should be comfortable with the basics — variables, loops, functions — in any language. If you've finished a free intro course or two, you're ready. We screen for it in the application.

Is this remote?+

Yes. Fully live-online. We've found that 4 hours of synchronous lecture + pair programming beats async every time. Cameras on. Bring a snack.

What's the time commitment?+

Plan for 50–60 hours per week. Four hours of class, then projects and reviews. It's a full-time job for three months.

What if I don't get a job?+

With the ISA, you owe us nothing until you do. With other plans we'll keep working with you — résumé, mock interviews, intros — for 12 months after demo day. Last cohort: every job-seeking grad placed within 4 months.

Why isn't there a Python track?+

We chose to go deep, not wide. The TypeScript + Postgres + React stack is what gets you hired in 2026 at the kinds of companies our alumni want to work at. If your goal is data science, this is not your bootcamp.

Who is this not for?+

Anyone looking for a passive learning experience, anyone who can't commit full-time for 12 weeks, or anyone who wants to learn 'a bit of everything.' We're aiming you at a specific job and we go hard.
